As we are a few days into the New Year, I want us to keep a few things in mind. We need to Keep God first. The most important thing is that we need to make sure we are keeping God first in our lives. One way we can do that is to make sure we are spending more time with God. As much as we spend time looking at social media feeds, we need to spend that time talking to God. Studying Gods word is one way we can spend more time with him. When we spend time in the bible, we get a better understanding of who God is to us and what he truly means to us. Be mindful of false Prophets and Teachers
As I was cooking I was scrolling through social media. I like watching the funny videos, and from time to time, I find a good live stream to watch. In today's society, there are many platforms where people are naming the name of Jesus, so there are so many people who are not getting accurate scriptures or accurate information when it comes to the word of God. Well as I was scrolling one particular live stream caught my eye. On his live stream, it said “prophecy and spiritual readings”. First thing that came to mind was "What?" I think I was shocked and confused at the same time. I was about to scroll away, but my curiosity got the best of me. So I watched a little.
