Why read the Bible?
Why read the Bible? I was having a conversation with my children and I asked them a question. " Why do we need to study the Bible?" And they gave me some great answers. One said "because it will help us" and one answered " because that is what we are suppose to do". Both answers were true, but I had to take it a step further and explain to them why it was important for us as christians to read and study the Bible. The word of God is so many things in our lives. It will help us if we would dive deep into it. When we get in to the Bible, we will find out so many thing that we can apply to our lives. The Word of God Guides Us This weeks scripture for the week is Psalm 119:105 which says: "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto our path".
